What is your refund policy?
We are dedicated to providing you first-class teaching as well as customer service.
To ensure our teaching style works for you, if you are unsatisfied with the program after 2 class sessions, we will give you a full refund on the entire program - no questions asked. In addition, you will keep access to all recordings of the classes you attended.
What if I can't make it to a class due to a scheduling conflict?
Upon enrollment, we take in your most available days as well as school days. Based on the results of the group, we select the days that fit best with your schedule.
In addition, our Q&A sessions have proven to be helpful for students that miss a class, as we go over any topics or concepts that students have missed or feel need more attention
What if we cover a topic in class that is not what I am currently working on in school?
All topics that are taught in our class are topics that you will eventually need to do well on your exams. In addition, upon enrollment we assess what you are currently learning in school so that we make sure we teach you the right things! However, if we are covering a topic in class that you are not currently learning in school, our Q&A sessions help to catch you up to speed.
This will make sure that no matter where you are in school, you are learning exactly what you need!
Will this program help me with all of the other exams leading up to my final exam?
Yes, and thats exactly the point! This class prepares you for your final exam by teaching you exactly what you are learning in class so that you do well in all exams, not just the final! We are extremely confident that your exams will jump in a way that you didn't think possible!
What if my final exam date is before the end of the 8 week program?
Upon enrollment, we assess when your last exam date is. This allows us to structure our class in a way that makes sure all students attend all the proper classes before their final exam date.
In unique circumstances if your final exam date is multiple weeks before the end of the program, we will convert you to a one-on-one session, free of charge!
Will this program help me if I am studying for the MCAT?
Although the class is designed for students currently taking their undergraduate Organic Chemistry class, it absolutely has been helpful for students taking the MCAT
Students taking the MCAT need to know the same information that is taught in Organic Chemistry, so we have had students taking the MCAT enroll in our class and see great success!
