Hi, my name is Simon!

I was once a student that was lost in his classwork. I couldn’t figure out why the material wouldn’t stick and why my grades weren’t where I wanted them to be. It took me many long hours of self-teaching to finally master the material throughout high school. This attitude of self-teaching propelled me to excel throughout college, and then, medical school! 

Many years later, I realized what my barriers were early on: improper instruction. Students need complex concepts explained to them in a simple manner. If someone can explain it in a straightforward way and then show them how to apply the knowledge, there is no reason for any student to struggle! 

I started Skatz Education because I wanted students to avoid the arduous task of teaching themselves. I want students to feel confident going into their exams. More importantly, my goal is for students to feel comfortable when they are learning something new. If a student can learn how to not only learn the material but also how to properly study, then this is a sign of true progress! I am certain that with our help, we can drastically improve your education.
